My Little Piggy's LLC return Policy
We are proud of our line at My Little Piggy's collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly provide a full refund to you. Items returned should be in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once the item is returned, you will receive a credit back on your original form of payment. If you paid by check, we will send you a check in the amount you paid. If you paid by credit card please allow up to 6 weeks for it to be credited to your account. If it has been longer then 6 weeks and you still haven't received your credit please contact us Comments@mylittlepiggys.com and we will figure out what's causing the delay.

Something didn't fit quite right? You may also exchange it for the same item in a different size or color.

When I return an item will I receive full credit?
If you purchased from our site using a promotion, coupon or discount, you will only receive a credit for the percentage of the total that you actually paid. For example, if you used a $10 OFF coupon on a purchase that totaled $30, you will only receive a credit for $20.

How do I return an item?
To return an item:

1. Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.

2. Include the duplicate copy of the invoice in the package with your items. Please write the word “RETURN” across the invoice, or “EXCHANGE” with what you would like to exchange your items for.

*Please ship the items back to us via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS and we strongly recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.

We will send you an e-mail confirming we have received the package.

How do I return a gift?
If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift) and would like to return it, we will issue you an online store credit toward your next visit with us. If you have a gift receipt and are returning the item within 30 days, you will receive credit for the full amount of the items. Without a gift receipt, online store credit for the current price of the items will be issued.
